How long does a course last?

Our formats are short and focused (½ day to 3 days), depending on the participants' objectives and needs. Modular programmes and follow-up workshops are available to reinforce the learning step by step.

What is your teaching method?

Our courses are built on the "learning by doing" method. Learners take an active part in their own training: we favour role plays and case studies, which raise awareness and lead people to adopt good practice straight away. In some cases, we recommend an assessment before the course, so the learner can progress faster.
