What types of role do you recruit for?
We handle roles at every level, and we tailor our involvement to each client's needs and priorities: sourcing support, standard recruitment or full recruitment (including assessments and onboarding follow-up). We also work across a wide range of sectors, in Morocco and internationally, and Mercuri Urval's consultants bring the expertise you need to make your hire a success.
Is a scientific, predictive assessment of candidates always included?
No. Assessment is an option our clients choose, depending on the level of the role, the impact of a failed hire, and how much the role calls for performance or stability. We offer 3 types of service: sourcing support, a standard recruitment process, or a full recruitment process that includes the assessment of the selected finalists and onboarding follow-up.
Do you have a track record in this area?
